Do I recommend living here? No. The property USED to be a quiet, well kept complex but in recent months it has gone downhill.... Hallways. Staircases are DIRTY. You will see dog hair, Spills and trash on the staircases. Stains on the carpet. So Take caution where you walk. Dumpsters are always overflowing so people leave their trash bags laying on the ground. You will see trash and cigarette butts laying on the lawn AND sidewalks. And is maintenance doing anything about it? Nope! Apparently there has been a change in maintenance so now all they do is drive around on their golf cart instead of keeping the property looking nice. Maintenance USED to go around cleaning up after the slobs. But I never once seen anyone from management or maintenance walk the floors of the building. They raise the rent and can't even afford to clean the building, let alone the outside. All they care about is collecting the rent. They don't care about when you have a noise complaint. More than one email has gone out about packages being stolen from the vestibule. Has management done anything about it? Nope. This is place is a non smoking property, yet more than once I have smelled WEED throughout the halls and main lobby. Too many issues when your paying over $1K!

I have lived in many apartments over the last 40 years. Oak wood Hills is by far the best. A professional friendly staff that is very resident focused. High quality buildings, apartments and grounds. Great location
