They are very fast and will do a lot to make you happy! I have requested maintenance and even small repairs and they did it very quickly! They even replaced my screen door because it looked a little old and had one small rip in it

As a resident of five years, I have had a excellent experience living in Delbrook Manor Apts. The complex is in a great location. Everything I need is within a two-five mile radius, ie shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The maintenance department always deliver quality service, and always show up when schedule. And are quite friendly and professional I may add. Never a problem with any neighbors, such a pleasant community. Management are always pleasant and helpful.

Just like living in the poor parts of India, with all the smells and noise from them emanating throughout the building with paper thin walls and floors/ceilings. The apartments are run down now (they were good up until about 10 years ago), the wiring is over 50 years old which causes blinking throughout the day and night with lighting, the office staff is unfriendly and doesn't relay messages, and the maintenance staff doesn't show up at all and if they do they make the issues worse. If they do fix the issue they break something else near it in the process, which then takes forever to get that fixed. The pool hasn't had a lifeguard for years yet they keep it open, people park wherever they want so it is hard to find parking spaces. The outside smells like dog pee all day from all the dog owners letting their dogs pee outside everywhere. The post office delivery female every day for the past couple of years is a chain smoker so all of your mail and packages will reek of cigarette smoke (the Post Office knows about this and does nothing). The windows and doors aren't energy efficient at all, very cheap. Overpriced by around $200/month compared to other better newer apartments in the area and your rent will go up $20/month every month each year at least when they raise rates. People cook with grills indoors and use space heaters even though they are not supposed to which causes building fires every once in a while. On the positive side, only part of the buildings get burned down when it happens. Glad I'm no longer there. Pity the suckers moving in now.

I would not recommend living at this property. Here are just a few reasons. The utilities are out of control. My last electric bill was $253 and I even reduced the thermostat to 63. My last month here was Jan 2019. I was not truly living here on a daily basis. I would visit once a month on weekends. My parents have a two bedroom apartment and there monthly electric bills was less than $58 a month. Don't believe Management when they tell you electric vary's especially if they say its around $78 a month! Out of my year lease I lived only three months. The carpets were very clean and they took my deposit also to clean the carpet, Really?!!! During the Summer my bills were average $80. Sep through Feb you will pay no less than $165 a month! I will post this at every possible site hoping it will save undo stress to future renters!!! My name is Ashley and I just moved out.

We are sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate experience living at Delbrook Manor Apartments. For new residents moving in our office staff recommends calling PPL ahead of time to find the average amount of utility charges as this varies from apartment to apartment.
