I have been here since 2015 and love it!!!! Maintenance is great..Earl is the best..polite and very efficient knows what he is doing!!!

I must say so far so good very nice personal and place and it’s very quiet as of now that all I can say feeling happy

Staff is great, repairs are done in timely manner, pet friendly, area is kept clean, quiet setting, I feel safe there.

Communication issues with former onsite administrators and a newly hired administrator at Rolling Glen Townhouses and Apartments in Boothwyn, Pa., caused me to move out before my last lease ended. While renting the first unit in April 2018, I did not receive an email that was supposedly sent out to me and my neighbors about a tenant not curbing their dog. I was the tenant that complained about the dog. After I insisted that I did not get the email, the former administrator took a look and said that a glitch caused me to not recent the email. Meanwhile the offending tenant continued to not curb the dog in my front yard. I moved out of the second unit Dec 4, 2022 because I was not informed ahead of time that Rolling Glen would be charging the tenants for water and sewer use. They had never charged for water and sewer. I was not informed that the new electronic lease would charge for water and sewer. I was surprised to find a monthly water bill in my mailbox after I signed the lease. The water bill was not based on how much water I actually used. I was allowed to ignore the bills, at first. Yet, they kept coming. After paying a penalty for moving out early, I was sent another bill. Even though the bill did not say it was for water use, I was told by the new administrator, on the phone that the bill was for water. The administrator also told me that I should have read my lease before I signed it. No one took responsibility for not informing me. I feel taken advantage of.

DO NOT ever try to rent out from Rolling Glen Townhomes and Apartments . We went through them for months to get our apartment set up, told us we would be moving in THIS Friday. Calls us today that he changed his mind. MIND YOU, he knows we been through hell with every renting and apartment service where we were promised apartments & houses, but got denied, unwillingly did not give us a reason. He(Mike) as well as his coworkers Tatiana & Christina, never answered our phone calls or messages EVER. I had to go there physically myself and knock on the doors. HOWEVER, I have a PERFECT credit score, my roomates & I have great income (we even offered to pay the full rent up front) and all we do is work and go to school every SINGLE day. People need to look at what really matters, they’re not about their money, and because we are RESPONSIBLE 19/20 years old (WITH the credentials above and BEYOND) we are not eligible.
