There is a window air conditioning unit and the cardboard has been there since the beginning of this summer. The utility costs for each building are shared with the exception of electric and cable/internet. This obvious heat sink is an unneeded expense upon all of the residents in this building. This is what you can expect at Frazer Crossing. You may find it helpful to look up reviews for William Henry apartments since the community was rebranded to avoid bad reviews.

This is the second time I have responded to an Ad and no response. Not even as a courtesy, to say if the property were available or not. Very disheartening.

The Harbor group as a tie up with a third party company to resolve any infrastructue issues in the apartments like Washing machines or dryers not working. They are really fast in getting the repairs done and its nice.

Been here a few months now. So far so good. Maintence is responsive, office has been helpful and friendly when needed. Parking is good for the building we are in. Snow removal was awesome. No issues with noise and I do NOT hear my neighbors! My one gripe would be that I wish the utility billing ( heat and water) was for actual usage and not a shared bill. A bit of a scam with this. I hope the new owners will change this. Close to GV Corporate Center, can't beat the commute ! Overall very happy.
