Spring Creek Apartments

I recently moved out of Spring Creek but only because I moved out of the area. I loved loving there for 2 years. The staff were great from the office staff to the maintenance crew. The check out process was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this complex to anyone. the area is quiet and I did not hear my neighbors, the walls are NOT thin.

The staff is so friendly and when you call with a problem, they are right there to take care of it immediately!

Website says one 2/2 available now... messaged them, and they advised there was nothing available. What a time suck, why don't you update your website to reflect capacity?? Seriously...

Renters beware of not being able to see the apartment due to COVID. I saw this complex and it looked so nice from the outside and website photos. Someone I knew highly recommended the place to me but hadnt lived in a couple years since moving. Neighborhood seemed so nice compared to where I was. My best friend and stepfather tried talking me out of moving here after seeing the condition of the unit when I got my keys but I tried to give the complex the benefit of the doubt but my friend told me I was going to regret it. She was right! Staff has made very little effort to take care of the apartment. After talking to some of my neighbors they have also dealt with some crap too but all said not as bad as me. Not smoke free as claims because the person below and beside me smoke and I have to walk through it to get in and out of my apartment. Inside the apartment is what I would expect of downtown allentown and not the newer apartments being built to revitalize the area.

I am very interested in Spring Creek as I have a friend John and Kay Yanochko in Apartment J 101 I am on a waiting list and and would Love to rent an apartment in the complex

Spring Creek is a beautiful place to call home. The staff there are very helpful, and kind, and they sure know there jobs. They are also very easy to talk too.

Great neighborhood , peaceful and quite , always excellent service from both management and maintenance teams .

Spring Creek is a fantastic place for us to call home. Apartment is beautiful (enhanced by Donna's decorating skill). Well maintained grounds and a sparkling pool. We use the pool at every opportunity. Most importantly is the Maintenance staff. They respond quickly and always complete the request with skill and efficiency. This is a well managed and maintained complex.

I just want to share my thoughts on the maintenance team from Spring Creek as a resident. A quick response. This is the A-Team always get the job done, always leave the maintenance area clean. These gentleman‘s are super cordial. Kudos to the maintenance team.

We love it here! My daughter and i have been tenants for almost a year and love it. Maintenance is top notch and i love the area. Such friendly staff and a beautiful club house. The summers are great with the pool a d hot tub. A great place to be apart of. :)

On Oct 23 all the repairs were done BY MARK. He's so efficient. Speedy worker. Neat work & Left everything so clean. All ur workers r excellent, courteous helpers. Professional workmanship !! We're so blessed 2 b living in SPRING CREEK APTS. GOD BLESS U !! AND UR HARD WORKERS !! Miriam & Eric
