    I have lived at the Highlands for nearly eight years and I love the lifestyle. No maintenance worries! The office staff are super at solving issues/concerns promptly and always ready to assist residents. The maintenance crew is top notch and respond quickly to requests If you are downsizing or looking for a beautiful quiet community...this is it! We are close to great restaurants and shopping. We have access to all the amenities such as swimming pool, gym, playground and a great walking path. Carefree living is right here!!

    Again, another outstanding Apartments. Great people in the office, great staff, who is always their to help you, if you need help. The place is fantastic, and beautiful.

    This place is top notch, Excellent. As of right now they do not have apartment for us. We will call them up in another month, to see if they have anything for us.

    In follow-up to my previous review of the Highlands At Warwick and B & F Management, dated 4.29.18, I would like to advise potential tenants to be extremely cautious if considering renting here; the tenets next-door to me ran out on their lease (4) months early and they literally destroyed the apartment; this behavior is difficult for me to process, however, clearly these are not the people you would ever want for neighbors. It is my opinion that B&F has absolutely no concern whatsoever for the satisfaction of their tenants given that their attitude lacks ethics or integrity or proper and appropriate management policies and procedures. At the very least, they are legally bound to comply with the terms of the lease, however they failed to do so. In conclusion, you should know that if this happened to me it can happen to you as well.
