We love our 2 Bedroom apartment here. We use our two balconies just about every weekend and spent almost all Sunday in the new pool. Office people are really nice and helpful. Maintenance guys are great! I had a minor problem with the faucet and got it fixed the same morning that I called it in! Ever since the new management came in, it's been really great here. Thank you.
This place has become terrible. Forty2 doesn't care about you or the fact that you make this place your home. They only care about your $$. The people in the front office are salespeople, and they talk to you as such. It feels fake and forced. You feel like you're buying an old, used, broken down car from them and they're trying to tell you it's gold. They don't tell you when they have people showing up to "fix" things, which as someone who has cats that try to dart out the door, is kind of important to know so I can lock them up. I was sick and taking a nap, and people are just walking in my house! Wth! We just had people come out Monday to give us new blinds (because that will totally make me want to pay 1800 a month to stay here) after being told they were coming Tuesday, AND telling management to not come Tuesday, but the following Wednesday because we don't want them here without us here. Now, Tuesday, more guys showed up.... To change the blinds. WHAT?! 0 communication! We've had our toilet fixed, which first entailed a fountain of water throughout the bathroom, which then led to a leak in the tank, which is now water damage in the garage. People randomly showed up to change our dryer filter (with no notice at all) which then turned into them ripping the dryer vent (but claiming it was already like that, even though I've had no problems with the dryer previously) then it took 2 days to fix! They are not on top of anything regarding your apartment, but are more than happy to take my rent check at the beginning of the month. You want to know how to get people to come to your community? Treat your current residents like you would want to be treated if you rented a place, don't make the rent per sqft one of, if not thee highest in Limerick/Royersford, AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR RESIDENTS. I used to love living here, it was nice, quiet, and management was wonderful. Now, a can't wait to leave!

Great complex but disappointed with not being told before I moved in that I was getting an ADA unit which doesn't have an under the sink cabinet in the kitchen
