I currently live here. You ask why I still live here and I hate it? I never recieved my lease and do you know how many times I had to get my renewal lease? 3 times! I know everyone has a busy life and having to call and go up to the office is not something you want to do. You have 60 days to let the office know you are leaving. I had to resign another lease in January 2019 so I thought my lease ended in Jan 2020 but they were still using my old signing date. The office said it was up to me. I said "no it's up to you" who has the extra money to pay to break a lease? That's the only the tip of the iceberg. I have a two bathrooms. I have not been able to use the one toilet or sink in the main bathroom. I have called so many times, talked to the manager who does not care 1 bit. The assistant manager was helpful but the office is a waste of breath. I went to the office and put service calls online. They sometimes come out but it's never fixed. The dishwasher was stuck on dry and melted my wooden and plastic ware. I told them I needed to sanitize my daughter's bottles. It's been 2 days for the dishwasher and I called twice today and they didn't answer. Also black stuff is coming out of the sinks and toilets and showers and they never took care of that. The only excuse is that they were shorthanded with maintenance. I'm sorry but that has nothing to do with me.
I pay alot of money every month and I pay them on time . i cant wait to leave this place!!!! Also I got bit by spiders on my back porch and I got cellulitis twice. Ok I have alot more but if this doesn't change your mind I dont know what will.
PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING: Within this past 8 months we have not had water at least 4 separate times and most recently as Fathers Day June 2019. I left two messages with both the office as well as the emergency maintenance line and NO ONE has returned my calls. Currently weve not had water for over 24 hours and had to waste our morning trying to contact someone from the office. Weve had guests over who could not shower, use the bathroom, or simply brush their teeth. The lack of effort from the leasing office and the maintenance staff was overwhelmingly surprising. Thankfully Ive documented each of these incidents for future use. The property management company Harbor Group Management is by far the most inconsiderate, impolite, and simply uncooperative staff that I have ever seen. This is no exaggeration. It truly is a shame that this property had so much potential and now I guarantee that the entire staff has downright destroyed Racquet Clubs reputation as a whole. If this were a few years back, I am confident that these issues would not exist. Do not inquire about this apartment complex. According to the office the reason our rent each month is different is because our utilities are included. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone while the current property management in charge. These issues weve experienced are just the tip of the iceberg. I wish others had taken the time to honestly say what has really happened here and try to save others the hassle, debt & frustration. My fianc had written a review in January of 2019 and the staff had asked us to remove our reviews! These reviews are to benefit the customer and potential renters, NOT for the staff to illustrate a false representation of what they actually do. Unfortunately there is far too much for us to list in a single review but our goal for this review is to try to inform others about the truth in hopes that others arent in the same situation as us. Everything breaks and it takes forever for them to fix it.
Dont ever ever rent apartment in this place its the worst experience I ever had in my life. They will charge ridiculous late fees they have lost my payment three times and they charge me late fee for dad and I try to get that fee waved for six months
Two-story buildings they have its extremely hot upstairs and super cold downstairs same thing winter and summer. They will charge you for every little thing you cannot even bring your friend to the pool they will charge you for that
So I do not recommend anyone to rent in this property
I moved in about a year ago. The apartment is reasonable priced. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest issues i have. One the washers do not or have not worked on one side of I building even though i have and ither residents have been complaining for months about it. Second since they got a new trash removal company to removed the trash. The trah has beed pilling up looks like a eye sore
