Well...if you do not care of not having privacy at all (2 + times/month, they conduct housekeeping inspection inside your house without your presence), if you do not care of not having washer and dryer in the units, but pay 1.50 per load in their poorly kept and non-programmable washing machines in their laundry rooms, if you do not care to deal with the noise of their outdated ventilation system, if you do not care to have only one power outlet per room and not other lighting system, and if you do not care to sign up and pay for a patio, but being permitted to have on it the outdoor furniture only, and if you do not care to to have a fee of $49 for paying with credit card, or a late penalty of $135, and you rent gets up on every renewal ...than you will be welcome at Orangewood Park Apartments.
Apartments are a decent size. I love that I have two closets. However, my complaints are the unnecessary rent increases. I realize that most complexes increase the rent every year, but I dont see where my money is going too. Maintenance is subpar. Parking is atrocious living on the side that the school on. Parents park there to drop their kids off and pick them up from school. If youre coming home around the same time, you will never get parking. There is enough spaces to assign parking and I have complaine multiple times for my complaint to fall in deaf ears. To access the pool during the summer months is also a fee. Laundry rooms were renovated only to put back the same washers and dryers that break down because they arent consistently maintained. My two stars are only for the spacious closet and balcony. After three years, I will be moving.
