Country Manor

Still waiting for response as to availability for 5/2019. Did not get any feedback. Did not see inside. Area was good.

Great apartments! I lived there four years. The office staff, maintenance, and people that live in community are great. The one bedroom apartment has lots of closet space.

fabulous place to live and wouldn't live anywhere else

I have been living at Country Manor for 12 years, and it is a very nice place to live. The management is great, and our manager Christina is amazing: always welcoming, understanding, and helpful. Christina cares about the property and residents, and makes us feel as at home.

Overall, I wanted to take the time to share that I had a fantastic experience with Country Manor. As the first place I moved post grad, Country Manor was nothing but excellent, and gave me a benchmark for how the quality of an apartment community should be. This 5-review is in large part due to the property and leasing manager, Christina, who was nothing but kind, responsive, and incredible during my almost two years here. She even helped me relocate to my new apartment, a separate Westover community! During my time here, the community maintenance team was highly responsive, and always took care of requests without question. I lived in a 1 bedroom on the second floor that was spacious and affordable, and only had a handful (literally) of small bugs during the winter time. The AC works great in the apartments, and they also have plenty of closet storage, even walk in closets for the 1 bedrooms! One of my favorite things about this apartment was the massive covered rear porch/balcony with nice composite decking. Many good memories out there. My only criticism of Country Manor would be how they handle utilities. For heating for example, I did not use any gas heat during my time there, but paid about $1000 in "indirect heat" charges from my downstairs neighbors heat usage, of which I had no control over. Furthermore, my rent did not go up much during my time there, but many of the utilities that were originally included in my rent were removed from coverage in the lease, resulting into just over $100 in additional charges per month in utilities. Despite these comments, I am still giving this review 5 stars because of the excellent experience I had here. Overall, I had a great experience with Country Manor, and would recommend it to anyone starting out in the Levittown area. Christina is the best!

I would like to take this time to say in the past year there have been good and bad . At the top of my list for good is Country Manor .They have done more to help us out during Covid than anyone I've heard . We will never forget what you have done to protect us . Our blessings to you all .

Well appointed, and extremely convenient. The maintenance guys are the best; I simply enter a request in their portal, and when i come home it's done in a professional manor. Even the people at the office are super nice. Great neighbors, and lots of places to go & things to do nearby! 🙂

This is a great apartment complex, they keep the place clean and safe, the maintenance workers come and fix whatever problem you may have very quickly.
