Management is greatmaintenance is prompt and kind. Prices are really good for the quality of the updated apartments. I rarely hear neighbors on either side of my apartment but it's pretty easy to hear walking and tv/music from the people above me. If you can ignore that, these are great places to live. Scale of 1-10 for low to high feelings of safety in the neighborhood, I feel about a 9, as a female.

very cheaply run, awful office staff and mgr, rude - do not tell you the truth, owner just as bad. stay away - don't know how they sleep at night lying as they do

Looks can be deceiving. Once you move in you will realize problem after problem. Management is ok and maintenance is subpar. Apartments are rushed together to hurry up and get a new tenant in. This place will disappoint you. Remember you get what you pay for.
