I am interested in this place but I haven't heard from them
I would like to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment
This place is ridiculous! We lived there almost 5 years, always paid rent on time, recommend a tenant and after we broke our lease paid them 2 months penalty before moved out. We have left the apartment vacuumed and mopped. We have been always correct with them and this is the attitude we were expecting when we left the place but this was not the case. Not even a month later, they sent us what they call an "inspection report" and asked us for another $2000 with ridiculous charged like $25 per floor to clean the floor in the room (wait what?! we mopped and vacuumed as I said), $400 to clean the oven (the oven was cleaned and even if it wasn't clean $400 for cleaning a 40 YEARS old oven (yes, I'm not joking!)), $50 per wall to clean the walls that we wiped and clean. I'm not even going to list all of the charges but you get the point. So when I called and told them that I cannot agree with these charges because I know in fact how I left the apartment, that we have been always good tenants and paid on time, they told me that they are not going to dispute the charge. Well too bad. They obviously are doing this to the residents that are moving our so they can purchase new ovens and fridges for the apartments with blackmailed money. So the pace I recommend with 2 hands before has slapped me in the face with overcharging. Don't expect respect from them if you pay your rent on time and stay there long. At the end, they will make sure they charge you extra for EVERYTHING.
I had the pleasure of living at Brittany Springs for a little over 3 years. During my stay I enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and fitness center which was included in my rent. Also free heat and hot water made for a great value.
The maintenance department was efficient and responsive. I was advised upon move in that it was better to call with a problem then to let it become a real issue. I called and they responded, not always immediately but certainly within reason.
The complex is certainly the best value around. The location provides for easy access to Route 95 and the turnpike. I liked to refer to it as the Best Kept Secret in Bucks County.
I only left the complex because my job took me out of the area and I would definitely come back if I was transferred back into Bucks County.
The worth apartments ever... Dirty.. cockroaches... We have a good relationship with staff, and paid in time 2 years. But when we are moved out - they NOT returned our deposit (we cleaned everything perfect!) and ruined our credit history... WHY? The arrogant and shameless manager!
Shopping at Franklin Mills, the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and 76ers are only a short distance away. Sesame Place is only 2 miles away. Historic Center City of Philadelphia which is rich in American Heritage. Close to major highways such as the Pennsylvania Tpke and I-95.
