feel the staff is more like family than employed. If you need something done it is. I feel safe and secure here. after all it has my greatest treasures my family

I like my apartment and the staff, but parking is basically impossible. Some families have 5+ cars! Also some families buy reserved spots but use other spots so that their guests can use the reserved spots, and there are several handicap spots that are never used. I really wish that there were parking tags and guests/ extra cars had to be put in the back lot. I won't leave at night because I don't want to have to park on a neighboring street and walk back in the dark.
