I moved here earlier this year, and the main thing I've noticed is the absolute non-stop maintenance. Every morning, I hear a lawnmower, a leafblower, a drill, a saw, etc.something motorized at all times. I understand that maintenance is unavoidable, but please, let your residents enjoy where they live in peace! I'd rather look at a pile of leaves than listen to a leafblower right outside my door every other day!

They are all so nice and pleasant. My family a d I love the new Clubhouse its beautiful. We also like the clean swimming pool. We feel very safe here there is no rif raf the Manager has no tolerance for that. It is truly a really nice place to call HOME.
Great floorplans, design and neighborhood, but poor property management. The simplest of maintenence issues take 3 weeks or longer to get attended to. When you follow up, the office team blames maintenence or the painters, and the painters or maintenence blames the office. The mgmt. office will even go as far to say, "well, they're contractors" as if they have no control over the people they pay to do the work.
Pest control is not taken seriously, and there are stray cats in the development.
When remodels are completed, newer, efficient hvac units are installed, but windows are still very old, so it defeats the purpose.
If you have any issues with water, you might as well wait forever, because they like to take their time with this type of complaint since the tenants do not pay for water.
I can go on about the many issues, but i will simply say, do not judge a book by the cover. The cover here is very inviting, but the pages leave much to be desired.
