This place is like living in a dream. The vibe is so modern, but also feels so comfortable like home. All of the amenities are worth way more than they charge, and the place is kept so incredibly clean and wonderful that you can't help but just get absorbed in the ambiance of luxury high-class living.
The staff is also extremely welcoming and helpful. They have been unbelievably accommodating and so friendly that I feel like I belong here even before I moved into my apartment!
I recently moved into these apartments from Denver, CO and I have to say that for as modern and luxurious this place is that it is extremely affordable especially for those with a budding career. Hanover is the best place in the world to show off the status of your hard work and to let people know that you have arrived in your career.
I would highly recommend Hanover to any person who is looking into apartments. This place is literal magic.
Great location and what seems to be a luxury apartment. Unfortunately, had many issues living here. I pay monthly and registered my car for the garage the day I signed the lease and never received a parking sticker or email that a sticker was required. I received a notice on my car that it would be towed overnight if it werent moved. Management was very rude about it when I confronted them. This place is at capacity and it shows- if looking into this area Id say to wait until the new places behind it are finished or Hanover king of Prussia next door.
Apartments are beautiful. Property management a 0.. no rules are enforced.. people park where they want without paying, maintenance used to be excellent, now you can't get them to respond after 10 days of putting a simple ticket in. Construction noise all day every day Town Center is a joke.. don't waste the $$
A few days after using a new credit card at Hanover Valley Forge a number of fraudulent and unauthorized charges showed up on my account. The only two people at Hanover who would have had access to my card info were Taylor and Nick. As such I am convinced that it was one of these two who were responsible for the credit card fraud. Be careful using any kind of electronic payment with this company!
Hanover Valley Forge is not worth the high rent. Apartments are built very cheap. You can hear your neighbors through the walls and dogs constantly barking from other units . Having to pay to park in the resident garage is absolutely rediculous when most of the time you can't park on the floor you live on. Drive by at night and you will notice all the dark vacant units.
