rental offices is suck! otherwise is good!
Staff is unresponsive and community is not 5 star. They need a whole new revamp for the cost aka slum lords!
I have lived here for 4 years and going to continue only because there is nothing better available for this price and the location. The service has drastically deteriorated over the past year and feel they can do a better job!Needs improvement in communication and accountability
Concierge and office staff helpful and courteous as well as friendly! Pleasant community. Maintenance support, in my experience, has been positive and with quick response. I hope to extend my stay.
RUN! Dont be blinded by the cheaply made, but nice looking apartments. My wash/dryer has broken twice and each time over a week and a half and many unanswered phone calls and emails until it is fixed - which is rediculous considering you pay a flat rate for utilities.
The WORST part about living here is the management. From the real estate office to even the GM. They will only reach out in the beginning when you are a potential resident, but issues about the building (hazards), noise, concerns, or anything serious will go unanswered.
Mail - dont expect to ever get your mail on time. In east and south buildings the "concierge" is only there from 12-8PM, however you can NEVER find them. They are either smoking or in another building chatting and not in their area.
Entrance - Entrance gate literally breaks off every month and the people in the booth have headphones in, one was sleeping and they take forever to let residents in even with stickers on front of car.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!
