Im really disappointed considering its a luxury apartment. Maintenance is amazing, especially chuck, but everything else is terrible. Theres constant water or power shut offs due to repairs. Coffee place wont even give a glass of water. When we moved in, we loved it, but now, the quality has gone down tremendously.
I lived there for two months until a fire knocked out two of the buildings and the pool (power). The place is kind of dirty - there was mildew in the hall, and it looked like they cleaned maybe once a month. Some of the residents have no class whatsoever: they treat the shared facilities poorly and don't clean up after themselves, and park right in the fire lanes in front of the building.
Having said that, the staff is responsive, and the two times I called them for non critical items, the issues were addressed within 48 hours.
It's been almost 4 weeks and my old apt is still uninhabitable, so they've let me break the lease. At some point I'll be able to get my furniture out of there...
Overall I think the place isn't maintained very well, which is why there was an electrical fire in the first place. Rent at your own risk!
I was there for one year. From July to the following May.
They do have some fun activities like Sunday brunch and Thursday drinks. The neighbors I experienced mind their own business and we're relatively quiet.
My air conditioning went down four times over the summer. My heat went down twice.
They serviced it relatively quickly, however that seems like something more serious is wrong with the heating system. they financially comped me in no way whatsoever.
If you're questioning whether you're going to be able to stay in the least the whole year I recommend you don't live here. There are only four units similar to mine available yet with 2 months left they 100% refused to assist in trying to sublet the apartment. They said they would not put anyone in there while my lease was still active unless I found the person. So I'm going to end up paying them $3,000 or more for rent and utilities in a place that I cannot stay in due to finding a job out of state.
My down payment was $500 I'm curious how much they're going to give me back.
I dont live here, Im solely commenting on the fact that all the photos of this place are garbage. I would never live here because its blatantly obvious your trying to sell an image of a lifestyle with your complex in the background ... i get it, its super lux its trendy its upscale ... yeah, no. All I wanted to see was a picture of the apartment, not photos of your trendy minamaliast art, and people petting puppies. And a close up image of the door lock? Is that really necessary? Why not show the actual ROOM behind the lock. Stop trying to sell people an image and actually sell what they would be LIVING IN.
rental offices is suck! otherwise is good!
