Simply the cost verus quality is not there. Great location to live but for the cost the units should be better ventilated from inside to the hallways as well as sound proof. Quality of materials used to make the units wear easily and break often. And the units are small for the price in comparison to similar rentals in the area.
Great new spaces, modern look. Some noise from Victory but nothing too crazy
The service is great now that there is a new management company in control. However, what you get is overpriced for what you pay. For $1500 a two-bedroom place seems like a lot. If you're planning on staying in the area, a condo would be a better place to go.
When I first moved here a year ago it was clean and management was organized. By the third time it changed hands the property inside and out was dirty and it didn't seem like a safe place anymore.
Magnolia Place has been a great experience. The transition between rental companies could have been smoother; however, everything worked out. Complaints are handled appropriately and within a timely manner. Combining the water bill into the rent made life really easy. Overall, management is pretty good I would say. I have not had many issues. The entrances and hallways are always clean and tidy. The residents are friendly. A few things which the old company did not do very well which seems like it may have transitioned is that I know I did not know where my mail was or where the appropriate places to throw trash out were. This took a few weeks to figure out, and I know the management company has taken some corrective measures in emails. With new residents, I would kindly email them this information as well if possible. Victory customers do not always follow the traffic laws of the parking lot. Many people attempt to go the wrong way in the parking lot when it's one way and they always end up almost causing an accident.
