What Renters Like and Dislike About Kennett Square

Variety of restaurants & shops. It is a friendly small town. There is constantly a variety of events that are announced in advanced and marketed very well. We are surrounded by a plethora of schools accommodating a variety of school-aged children

I like that this neighborhood is relatively quiet with nice yards. Also, our property backs up to open space which we love.. Plenty of little restaurants and things to do.

We are located directly behind a huge horticultural garden that draws people to the area. We are located in what is considered Dupont country from the famous family.

It still has open space. Shopping is only about 3miles away. Same with a small town. I am 85 so I don't go many places but there are many Interesting places available.

You can get a really good walk in. There is two parks in it, one for the big kids and one for the little ones. There is after school programs and also programs offered to adults.

I like that there's restaurants where teenagers or people of any age can hang out. The park is also really big and has space for different activities.
