The property manager Rachel wont return your emails if she doesnt want to deal with it,even if you have been here 2 years and have never need late with rent. Mice are a huge problem and the outdoor traps are broken and dont get fixed. The have an out door "gym" but it isnt used as one. They used to have it close at 8 now they let kids play on "gym" equipment till after sundown screaming so you cant open windows on nice nights. The walls and floors are paper and you can hear everything. If you can afford anything else. Dont move here. 50 bucks more a month will make your life so much better. I could write a whole paper of why not to move here.

Horrible property manager, Horrible maintenance, Mice infested, Roach infested, Loud music, Ignores complaints, This place is Not smoke free, Smells horrible 24/7, What a joke! Don't believe the fake positive reviews. DO NOT RENT HERE! You've been warned!

I would consider living here because the property is in a quiet area. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the downtown area. The complex is surrounded by greenery and has a playground for the children to use.
