Best place in Hermitage to live, glad we moved here, management very friendly and helpful when I needed something fixed. Maintenance guys do a great job. I would highly recommend.

Moved into one of the townhouses a few months ago and love it. Tons of room, updated inside, had a few small items to repair after our move in and got great service from office and maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

Vinyl or laminate floors would be better to keep up. when updating a unit it would make more sense to update appliances, especially when in condition in the unit I looked at with updated kitchen.
