This place is in a nice location, but the complex is turning into a section 8 development quickly. There are a lot of people who dont work. Cats broken down sitting in parking spaces. No office personnel available to contact for questions or concerns. Maintenance changes every year. Overpriced community who will rent to the anyone. Its sad the management group is allowing this complex to be underrated due to lack of qualifying residents. Soon it will look like a low class community in no time. Would NOT recommend anyone who works and takes pride in their family to move here! Stay AWAY!
Not good place to live there and not good management, I lived here for only less than a year and it was all clean, after i moved they told me to pay cleaning fees. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend.
Horrible management, overpriced property. Cannot held in contact with anyone quick to sue instead of work things out. Stay away!!!!!
The community itself was not a bad place to live (generally nice neighbors, good location, etc.) however management and maintenance are AWFUL. Property management turned over multiple times during my lease (only 13 months) and you could never get a hold of anybody if you had questions, concerns, maintenance problems, etc. I once went without functioning heat in my home for over 2 weeks in the winter. Although the neighborhood itself is relatively nice, it is NOT worth having to deal with Metropolitan Management Group - these people should not be allowed to operate a business.
I moved into one of their units here about a month ago. I needed to find a place quickly for a job and they were very accommodating. However, as soon as I signed the lease and moved in everything changed. First they did not provide me with a mail key and I had to go to the post office myself and request a new one. I still don't have it. A larger issue is a filthy carpet that they promised would be professionally cleaned and wasnt. And the biggest issue was a broken Heating and cooling unit. My repeated requests to have it fixed were ignored and I was forced to call the code office before they did anything. I will update my review at a later date if things improve.
