The property overall is kept in great condition. The few times I do have a maintenance problem the response is fast and everything is corrected.

Ive been living at Timber Ridge for almost 10 years and I love it. Its quiet, well kept and maintenance is quick to respond and they do an excellent job. My only peeve is some neighbors, usually new younger ones, do not respect the two car per unit parking and allow their guest to park in other tenants spots.
