I live here, ridiculous rate increase of 140 monthly, no compassion for seniors or with the economy boost as well. Force to move to lesser apartment. Talk to neighbors, not worth 1515 monthly with no incentives to stay here..

I can hear my neighbors in the bathroom clear as day. This is not normal apartment living. I have lived in other apartments and have never heard my neighbors. I can hear them just walking from one side of the apartment to the other. The appliances are all hotpoint and the carpet is incredibly cheap, I can feel the tack boards through the carpet. The only good thing I can say is the layout and location is nice. You can hear the freeway too. Definitely not worth the price.

I only live at this location for one year and already my rent Went up $110.00 as a retired person and a veteran I knew my rent was on up but I didnt expect it to go up $110.00 dollars

Poor construction. Management did not handle noise complaints appropriately and told me to discuss with the above tenant on my own. They worsened an already uncomfortable situation (complained to other tenant about me), which made it unlivable. Both that tenant and myself ending up moving out in several months. Never had an issue like this in another apartment community.
