We are out of State and I'm helping my son look for a Apartment cause he's Relocating from a Job Promotion and I find it suspicious There's No images or Even a Floor Plan to Go On. So I went Too or So I Thought I Was... Go to their Website and There's NO Website.. Can You Say Alarm Bells Going Off. The area Photo looks Dingy (& y'all know What I Mean) but I know that Looks Can be Deceiving so I decided to go off reviews cause I have No Time, Energy or Money to Waste & the Reviews kinda confirm what I'm Thinking... & There's One Review That Hit It on The Head!!! Thanks For the Reviews. This is a NO GO !!!!!

No. No and no. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Some of the pictures posted here look nice, yes, but some of the pictures are not even from the property or are much older pictures. Roaches AND mice even for some of the cleanest tenants. There is no property manager except for Hector who will overtalk you and make you feel as if you are the problem if an issue should arise. When you call the company that runs the property they are EXTREMELY rude no matter whom I talk to regarding my issues. EVERY SINGLE TIME I call about an issue i'm made to feel as if i'm ruining THEIR day. Sighs while i'm speaking, no empathy whatsoever. I'm always told I will receive a call back regarding my issue and I NEVER EVER EVER get a call back. I can not wait to move out of here. The price 100% reflects the experience I have had. Everything that glitters is not effing gold. Don't get me started on the safety code violations. On top of that NOBODY is ever in the office on the premises. How is there an apartment building with 40 plus rooms and nobody in the office EVER?? I say again. DO NOT APPLY HERE. Take your money and your family elsewhere.
