Management staff are friendly, pleasant, and efficient at answering any questions as well as responding to any problems I may have had.
The staff is very helpful. Maintenance responds quickly to issues. It is clean and a safe place to live.
The staff in the leasing office are always so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond and they get the job done correctly! The complex is always pristine and the landscaping is kept up and always looks inviting.
After living in a variety of apartments throughout my life. This is the only one that I feel warrants an excellent rating. starting from the beautiful grounds, The friendly knowledgeable office staff and the well maintained apartments. every detail was not overlooked.
I am still confused on the increase in utility costs from moving out of a condo with 2500s/f with a family of six and moved into an apartment not even a mile down the road in the same community which was only 1000 s/f and a family of 4 (2 of which have only been there for two weeks). I don't know if the appliances are just old or there is something wrong because my electric is almost twice as much now. Also, not enough parking for all the cars.
