Don't waste your time and money. If you have more than 1 car, good luck parking. There is not nearly enough room for all the tenants to park. The "overflow" parking is actually just five spots on a gravel lot. There would be another 2 or 3 spots on the other side, of this lot, but you're not allowed to park next to the dilapidated trailer that just sits there and doesn't move. You will get towed, spend $300, deal with a towing company worse than Don's towing. Heat is terrible. If you have a two level apartment, the top floor will be a sauna while the first floor is sort of comfortable. It is a difference in temperature you can literally feel while walking down the stairs. They are raising the rent every single year. The apartments are not worth that much, trust me. If you can go somewhere else, do. We couldn't wait to get out of here.

Love this location and the office staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. It appears to be a very diverse community, with the residents, staff and the vendors that were out working on the property during my visit. I am looking forward to moving in soon!!

We have been living here for 7 years, and we have seen it all. I will say that with this new management on board I think it will be a brighter future. They are on top of things and that it what we like to see. Great location. The only thing i will say negative is that there is no flowers in the yard lol.
