My husband and I had to move out after three years because of health issues but I would move back in a heartbeat. With a front porch and back patio and a lovely design, the apartment feels like a house. Diane, the resident manager, is fabulous, and the neighbors are all friendly and helpful.

We had enjoyed living at Magnolia Terrace apartments over the last 2 years. The complex was quiet, clean, and convenient to all shopping! Only issue we had was parking! Single renters taking up other parking spots.

Magnolia Terrace is norhing short of SPECTACULAR !! I am living here because of a home fire. My home is now renovated , but I would love to live here forever. Its a small community where everyone seems friendly and welcoming. Inside the apartment you will find a luxurious home with many amenities you wont find elcewhere. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Give magnolia Terrace a call ask for Diane and allow her to show you your new home. Diane works in the office but can always be found walking her doggy and keeping the grounds tidy. Several times this winter, i even saw her helping tenants dig thier cars out of the snow !!!!!!!!!!
