This place is a joke. While we have lots of room in our apartment things are always breaking and their solution is to put a patch over it or cover it up. Our appliance broke in the kitchen and it took the three weeks to come and fix it. And the pool is a whole other issue. Its 100 for us to use the pool and your kids cant do anything at the pool but stand in the pool. No jumping in the pool the younger kids cant be in the deep end with their parents even of they have a life vest on and the life guards dont speak English or communicate with each other when someone gets hurt. I would never recommend anyone to live here

Save yourself the headache and DO NOT live here!!!! I have been here for a year now and its awful. I live in a one bedroom unit in a two floor building. I hear the front door and hallway door all hours of the day. I can hear everytime someone checks the mail. I can hear the guy upstairs having simple conversations. I hear babies in the hallway crying. The guy next door probably runs a dance club based on the bass coming through the walls at god awful hours. People hang out in the hallways and have full blown conversations. The walls are basically cardboard. There are always people outside. Like always. Its never quiet. Recently the property installed lights outside every building that blast in to the bed room so its never dark in my room. For whatever reason there are thorn bushes around the property so when the grounds people trim them there are thorns everywhere. Several times have I had to take thorns out of my dogs paws. Rent is $770 but I always pay over $900 a month because of fees and what ever else the management can muster up. Yes they have a pool and fitness room but you have to pay extra to even access it. The only good thing I can say is matienence is awesome and will come with in hours of a request.

***DO NOT RENT FROM THIS JOKE OF AN ASSTABLISHMENT!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS! NOT WORTH THE $$$*** I've lived in 3 different Morgan managed properties in the last 4 years and this is probably the worst. To the point I am done with Morgan properties all together after this place. That's saying a lot when I was literally flooded out of a different one. Parking is a nightmare. You have to pay $25 extra to be assured you won't have to walk 5 minutes to your apartment. I've never lived in a place with more invasion of privacy or is more nit-picky. Home inspections where they walk through your apartment and make sure you're being a responsible adult. You're not allowed to have a mini trash can on your patio (which is only maybe a 7x5 area) They treat you like you can't be trusted to live in your own apartment but expect you to pay $1000 a month for it. It's honestly demeaning and we will not be renewing our lease at the end of it. I give it 1 star only because their maintanece man is God sent and he's really the only person I like around here. Edit: Today I came home to a notice on my door. My wife was laid off back in November and money has been tight. At the beginning of this month (January) we could not pay rent in full but paid what we could (seeing the lease says we would only be hit with a late fee of 10% of what is unpaid.) But now I get to take time off work, where I make money to pay these incompetent people, to go to court. That's right, the ONE time I didn't pay rent in full, they filed a police report on us but couldn't be bothered to call or email us to ask us why it wasn't paid in full. How childish, unprofessional, and down right petty is that? And they expect us to pay the $160 filing fee? Ha. The worst part is I guarantee the reason they took it to the police is because I called the property manger, Jackie out on her pettiness before and she didn't like that. I'm not the first to complain about her, she needs to be fired or demoted.

See google for full and true review. 1.) Maintainence staff is great for the most part no complaints from us concerning them. Our concerns were 2.) The office staff has hired a third party to which residents pay a six plus doller fee and a 15 dollercharge to set up an online acct to pay certain utilities. When you (the resident) questions this arrangement, the office staff get defensive and tell you to call the third party with your questions and the third party tells you to consult the office. We asked and they refused to provide an itemized explanation of the allocated community water/sewer bill as we were paying the better part of $200 for water bill in a 2 bdroom apt. 3) We were never late on our rent so we don't know the protocol for their late policy. All I can say is check your lease. 4) Speaking of lease, they failed to mention the carpet cleaning prior to moving out requirement that is supposed to, but not listed on the agreement prior to us moving out in our lease and when I took this to the office to notify them that since it is not directly stated that we would not be having this done and they were unable to charge our security deposit. They argued that it was "indirectly stated" in the lease. I notified her that indirect statements don't mean anything in court. It has to be directly stated (I should know, my uncle is an attorney ) I was then told I'd have to take it up with mgmt which I did and as I was already aware, I was right. 4) post moving out, we were charged over 200 dollars for water/sewer to our security deposit I will present to the office to get this figured out as we had no outstanding balances. Lakewood Hills is NOT somewhere I'd call home. It's mearly a pausing point for something better. A great starter apt for an aspiring family but once the kids are school aged, I'd stay away.

The location, maintenance and facility is great. The leasing office is the worst. We were quoted a price on Sunday, we were ready to sign the lease and get paperwork going, but their system was down. They said we could do the paper version and come in the next day. They did not honor it come Monday. Worst customer service on-boarding experience. They did not send a notice they were painting, and unlocked our apartment door, and were met with and a dog and very angry husband. They also were regrouting the exterior building and all of the debris and dust came right into our 3rd floor balcony, ruining our patio furniture and plants. And no, they didnt ask to clean it up. Their rent system went down for an extended period of time and they had everyone re-do their ACH. Oh, and they tried to charge a late fee too , which I had to remind them to credit back. Well be very happy if we never have to deal with the leasing office again.
