Honestly I love my apartment, maintenance worker TJ and the property manager Diann is attentive and helpful. Its very home like and a peace of mind. Great school district and very easy to commute to shopping areas. It's a great place to live.

After this property became under new management it has been a real-life nightmare living here. We are desperate to leave as soon as it is feasible! The office staff is really rude and just overall unpleasant to deal with. The living spaces are not worth the price. There were roaches in our apartment at the time of move-in and the dead ones weren't even vacuumed up before we arrived. The apartment was not cleaned prior to move-in, there are pieces of someones hair dried in the paint on the walls, and we have had maintenance come into our apartment unrequested and actually damage stuff in the process of renovating something. Overall, the apartments are disgusting (especially common areas) and I would not spend more than $900/month to live here! What they are charging new residents is appalling. When I moved in here in 2018 our 2 bed 2 bath apartment cost 1,020/month. Now, for the same apartment in slightly worse condition with a roach problem and abhorrent management it is nearly $1,500/month?!?! ABSURD. Yeah, it beats being homeless but thats about it. Rent a motel monthly for less money.

I just moved in. I love the space in the rooms & the quiet community. Its peaceful here. The only challenge for me is closet space. Close to a lot of businesses. Moreover,the apartment is very nice. I see myself being a long term resident.

The office staff are amazing & incredibly nice. They really try to make you feel welcome. Maintenance is extremely nice and fast to respond. The apartment is beautiful and the perfect size, plus I feel safe here. You can't beat the location for this rent.
