The staff are always present no matter the need from maintenance to ensuring the property is kept at a high standard
Upkeep: grounds are kept beautiful with all kinds of shrubs and flowers, lawns are mowed regulary. Pet friendly: great sidewalks with puppy bags every 100 yards or so and a bark park. Maintenance: prompt and friendly service with knowledgeable personnel. View: beautiful view of the city. I've taken numerous pictures of the sunsets. Wildlife: Deer and Turkey have been seen.
Staff is incompetent and rude. When I moved in 3 years ago it was fine. But the refrigerator went out 3 times and all my food perished. The hot water heater was out for over a week and staff was slow to fix it. Upon move out they tried to charge me $75 that wasn't in my lease and had to refund me. Do not live here. For the price and amenities, you can find better quality elsewhere.
The grounds surrounding the complex are absolutely horrible. Rent is extremely high for the type of apartment offered by Ivy Ridge. The issue of residents not taking care of picking up their dog waste is getting better, but nowhere near the level you expect for the rent they are charging. There should be two PRIME apartment buildings assigned; one for non-pet owners and one for non-smokers.
Pay entirely too much for horrible quality. When we moved in, the apartment wasn't even cleaned properly. We pay so much for rent, then add utilities to it and there's only a Small gym. Parking situations are horrible. You'd think for the amount we pay, they'd have other things, like a pool, basketball/tennis court and even cameras around Bc of break-ins that happen in the vehicles. Thankfully our lease just ended. Oh, and rent goes up more every time your lease ends...just not even worth the trouble.
