The staff are always present no matter the need from maintenance to ensuring the property is kept at a high standard
Upkeep: grounds are kept beautiful with all kinds of shrubs and flowers, lawns are mowed regulary. Pet friendly: great sidewalks with puppy bags every 100 yards or so and a bark park. Maintenance: prompt and friendly service with knowledgeable personnel. View: beautiful view of the city. I've taken numerous pictures of the sunsets. Wildlife: Deer and Turkey have been seen.
The grounds surrounding the complex are absolutely horrible. Rent is extremely high for the type of apartment offered by Ivy Ridge. The issue of residents not taking care of picking up their dog waste is getting better, but nowhere near the level you expect for the rent they are charging. There should be two PRIME apartment buildings assigned; one for non-pet owners and one for non-smokers.
Excellent place to live. Quiet and safe. Maintenance staff is amazing. Every time I needed them they were extremely efficient and helpful. Would totally recommend Ivy Ridge as a place to live.
Only been here for two days and we are already having issues and regretting even signing that contract to rent here because once you do they don't reply to anything. It's a Saturday and we had an issue that needed immediate service and when we called the emergency maintenance number, no one responded ALL day. We then saw the property manager raining the apartments so I flagged her down and she talked with me, however she was giving a tour and acted like we didn't exist because current residents aren't as important as potential residents. She brushed off the situation and just said sorry and walked away, and because of that the Instalation man that was here lost out on money because he couldn't finish his job. Before even thinking of renting look at the reviews especially the bad ones because they are true don't brush it off like my fiance and I did smh .
