My neighbors, overall, are helpful/welcoming/friendly and the staff are always available for any questions or concerns that I have. I have recommended 2 people to tour/rent at East Park Gardens and 1 of them is set to move in January!
As apartment living goes, this has been a positive experience for me. My neighbors are quiet; the staff is professional, caring and wants to make this a good place to live; it is very clean; maintenance issues are handled promptly; and the property manager is open to new ideas and offers extra activities for those who live here;, i.e., having a library to check out books. My particular apartment owner has been very good with me regarding requests for upgrades.
Jessica is awesome. Straight forward and honest. She will do what it takes to keep us satisfied.
Nice apartment complex, very few issues with neighbors, a little expensive considering how dated the apartment is (but most apartments are in this area). I expected more highway noise because I can see the highway from my apartment window, but it actually isn't that bad. I'll probably go with an apartment that is owned by a company instead of an individual next time. No washer/dryer hook up in individual units is very inconvenient though.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
