I would not recommend even trying to live here they lie straight to your face. Example right here call and ask what availability was lady proceeds to tell me there yes there is one sets up a tour and everything apartment complex not even near the leasing office has finish touring and come to find out its not available terrible place to live at

Looking for a 2 bedroom apartment

Lazy Maintenance, Terrible office personnel, The grounds and common areas are disgusting. Always infested with roaches, Ants, Mice Etc. Literally the projects of Colonial Park!

Never move here. The management is the worse Ive ever rented from. They always have attitudes and never get anything done. Ive complained multiple times about noisy neighbors and nothing has been done. This place only cares about collecting rent. By far the worst place Ive ever rent from. Had mold growing under a bathroom medicine cabinet, they spray painted over it. Had wasps nest in my entry door, they told me to spray it with bug spray. They are unprofessional.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. We had mold behind a cabinet and were told they had someone look at it but when I questioned later they said they just had their maintenance guys assess it. It really looked like black mold and I am upset they never actually had a professional come in because we lived there for 2 years and could have been inhaling harmful toxins.

The office personnel are useless - complained numerous times about the dog crap all over the complex. All they say is that unless THEY personally see them doing it they can't take my word for it. WELL, when you sit on your fat butts in the office all day it is kind of hard to see any of the many lease violations taking place. A few years back they replaced the leaky windows with other windows that leak - TERRIBLE heating/AC bills. Two weeks ago they put a notice on the six apartments in my building on a Tuesday stating that they believe there is a water leak and they will be around on FRIDAY to check it out. What a bunch of crap from the front office BUT I will say that in the 20 years I've lived here the Maintenance team is great.
