Horrible response time to issues nothing gets fixed and nobody cares about any issues u have here. It's cheap that's the only positive

We've had problems since day one. We moved in and had a list of things on the move in that needed taken care of. We've been here almost 2 years now (and yes they did have an ownership change) and only a few thins have been taken care of. Those few things? I had to go to the Township about to have taken care of. Also, it doesn't say this anywhere on their stuff, but there's a "utility fee" that's going up quite a lot this year. Between that, and having them not send out a notice when the exterminator was coming and just letting them into my apartment WHILE I WAS THERE SLEEPING without my permission, there are better places to live.

Can't even get a response out of these people. Over two weeks since i spent $70 on a rental application, for all I know they ignored it. Phones go straight to voicemail. Office is locked. Emails go unanswered. I guess you can believe the hype and low star rating here.
