The staff was friendly and professional.
I didn't get the apartment and I was filling the application and I didn't get the assistant.
DO not live here. Even though the apartments are sufficient they pad every bill you will ever pay them. Expect to end up paying 2X what you expected.
This was honestly the worst experience living here ever. This was my husbands and I's first apartment we rented together and I couldn't UNrecommend this place enough. First, the leased up an unupgraded place on promises that it was in fact upgraded. They apologized and blamed it on the system, rather than taking the fault for their negligence. They then had us resign a new lease on our move in day for an upgraded place but the rent was $75.00 more a month. Then they lost our $500.00 pet fee we gave them and stated they have no record or a dog on file for us. When I showed them the receipt they gave me after giving them the $500 they said that the receipt was in her words "fabricated" and that I needed more proof. Once again, instead of taking the fault of them being honest and saying they lost it, they tried to blame me and said I never gave it to them even after showing them the ORIGINAL receipt. By the way the walls are PAPER thin. You can hear everything, walking, talking, laughing, the TV, and our neighbors downstairs bang on their ceiling instead of being courteous and coming to us if they think were TALKING too loud, yeah talking. I gave them a notice a few weeks ago that we were not renewing our lease in July and that we were leaving, well they sent me a $50.00 "defecation fine" and said that we don't clean up after our dog when he uses the bathroom which is a LIE! We always make sure to clean his waste, EVERYTIME we go outside. When trying to talk to the leasing manager, she said "it would be up to you to pay the fine" I said well i'm not paying it. They have no physical evidence or proof that the dog feces is our from dog because ITS NOT! Yet they still want to fine us $50.00. They are trying to get as much money as they can out of us since we chose not to renew our lease. We have never once been late on rent, or caused any issues, yet the office keeps coming to us with issues.
