I have applied here and received a tour. They lady doing the tour gave very fast and half answered responses. When I contacted them they said utilities was included. But when I asked the lady doing the tour it was not true.

Have lived here for 6 years. Management used to be very helpful and friendly. Now, they take no responsibility for anything. They just contracted out the laundry. Price went up and the dryer in our building doesn't work. Told me to complain to the contracted company. Water issues? Contact the water company. They've ended up downgrading the apartment from what I first had when I moved in, but rent keeps going up. Moving out in December at the end of the lease.

I lived with my mother in a townhome for about 4 years , every single year they jacked our rent up about 100$ or so , when I turned 18 I was made to have to be on the lease in which I was still in school and didn't have any source of income at that time. when my mother left they tried to say we had over 3000 worth of damage which is a lie , everything they said we apparently broke they never fixed in the whole 4 years we lived there. horrible maintenance , office staff is rude , pool was barely open and weren't aloud to bring more that 2 guests. now I have over 2500 stuck on my credit when I wasn't even paying rent I was just a minor. SAVE YOUR SANITY !!!!! THE RATES ARE RIDICULOUS AND THE PLACES ARENT EVEN THAT MODERN THE PICTURES LIE

Lived here for there years. When I first moved in, it was fantastic. Had an amazing apartment, nice landlords, etc. But as time went on the apartment generally had wear and tear, which is expected, sure, but the they never did anything about it. About two months in my closet doors broke. They still have yet to properly fix it. Took two months of my AC not working in the summer for them to even come and look at it. Bumped a hole into the wall, they refused to fill it. Generally the worst staff I've ever seen, paired with noisy neighbors that throw a fit if I even walk in my room past 10pm. I cannot recommend this apartment complex. Especially considering the fact they've consistently raised my rent by 100 dollars every year. So glad to be moving out.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NERVES. The most IGNORANT money draining , AWFUL service and maintenance!! We lived here 2 years , and hated EVERY MINUTE of it! They will rip you off in every way!!
