The Aspen Hill staff has been very prompt and professional whenever there is a concern. The maintenance workers are very professional. They help whenever there is an issue. I am very appreciative of how well the grounds are kept. Every morning the maintenance staff cleans up loose trash, keeping the grounds very clean and kept.

We love living at Aspen Hill! Our apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom apartment and is very quiet. We never hear our neighbors next door. We make use of the tennis courts, pool and gym often. We have had no problems with management since moving in two years ago. Whenever we have a question or an issue, they promptly and professionally address the situation. When we submit a work order, it is addressed the same day or the next day.

The apartments are delivered dirty and with bugs. Every time you complain about some damage they don't fix it, the third report is that they work as they should. Very bad service from the office. The gas bill goes up constantly, it is not the supposed rate that they say when you sign the contract and I even tried for a whole month not to use any gas in the apartment (I took a bath at my family's house and ate there) and well the gas reached me higher than in other months. Ultimately for me it was a bad experience.

roaches,waterbug, bees in your apartment due to uneven gaps in the window/ doors, the heat/Ac units here are useless, ur water will get shut off every other week, the kid park, tennis court and their dog park all are old and outdated, dumpster are always overfilled with trash, parking lot is a joke you will never get parking in front of your actual building, its noisy you will hear your neighbors as well as the door slamming certain neighbors can get away with whatever they want while others are given notice to quit, I had to call the cop twice on my neighbor for leaving her 3 small children at home unattended her child Was crying and banging on my door trying to get into my apartment early in the morning i had t child in my home for 4 hours the cops and CYS was called not the first time she done that cause management was aware other tenant called in about it too before us movin in they did nothing, they have mold they just repaint over it,signs of structural damage sagging, sloping and crackin of floor, the stairwell is leanin, be prepared to share 2 dryers and 2 washin machine wita total of 11 other apartments you cant even start both washing machines at the same time you have to wait 2 mins in order not the flood the laundry room, people do not pick up after their pet, your are not allow to store bicycles on the balcony only outdoor furniture nothing else, dont ever go thru hardship while living here after the 5th they will never pick up the phone to call you directly with a problem they always have their maintenance team do their dirty work and delivered notices to ur door by the 14th they will file in court will not work with u under any circumstances,apartment are not up to date, they are not really pet friendly charge $300 each for pet deposit + $30 each monthly fee for pet but if ur pet supposedly damages something they will use ur entire security deposit cause they said the pet deposit and monthly fee is for allowing you to have a pet in ur home

Am Elizabeth I have not move in yet but Noel was so nice and responds to all my questions and with no rush so it is a great company so far am happy my kids too.......,
