    My boyfriend and I booked two guided tours for this complex, each on separate weekends, both online and over the phone. The first was the day after St. Patrick's Day. The leasing office was supposed to be open (they even had a sign on the door stating so) but no one was there. We waited for about half an hour past our scheduled appointment before we left. I called and left a voicemail but never heard anything back. Well, my boyfriend finally received a call, and we booked the second tour for this past Sunday. We arrived, and yet again, no one to be found. There was a sign on the door stating they'd return at 12pm... it was nearly 3pm when we decided to leave!! Absolutely absurd. Both times there have been other potential residents also waiting for a tour/information, but they ended up leaving too. If this is how you run your establishment, I can't imagine how difficult it is to submit any requests or concerns.

    DO NOT BE FOOLED! ReNew was sold to a company called RedTail. While the older reviews may paint a positive picture, I would tell you to run from here!!! The staff has been a revolving door of people who never follow through. The 4th maintenance person in 6 months started yesterday. The grounds are in need of repairs and garbage is routinely not picked up around the dumpsters. Phone calls for service are not answered even if they are emergencies. The common area hallways are full of cobwebs & the concrete is stained and needs to be power washed. The porches are all covered mildew and also need to be power washed. Some residents have mold from leaking flashing & it has not been addressed for a year. A sinkhole in the parking lot more than 2 feet wide took a year to repair. I wish I could upload photos. We have trash containers for pet waste & even after bringing it to the attention of the new maintenance man and the manager, it is still there overflowing and lying on the ground 2 days later. Her response today, He had to do computer training. Well get to it. Some things look nice on the surface, but underneath is a different story!

    Stay away. Paper thin walls, cheap appliances, ceiling light fixtures must be installed by tenant?! No snow or ice removal, tenants cars were plowed in. Exorbitant hidden monthly fees, especially for leaving lease 1 month early. I paid every bill on time. Moved out months ago, still receiving random bills and now a creditor's notices for utilities or fees dated far past my residency. Invoices I never even received. Can't view former account to even provide proof of payment. New management is unresponsive. 0 stars.
