We were new to PA and needed a place to stay while looking for a home. We stayed 6 months. I would start by giving the highest praise to the front office staff. They are FANTASTIC. Let me get to the down side though. for a luxury apartment the fit and finish inside is not up to snuff. The trim guy was terrible. baseboards were cut poorly, someone forgot to paint the baseboards in the bathroom, nails showing. Had an incident where the home was flooded due to leaky water valve outside. They turned off but did not pass the issue down. Woke up next morning to another flood because they turned the valve on again!!!!argh. Loved the location, loved the neighbors, loved the office staff. Really deserves a maintenance manager that won't let stuff slide. Should also mention they HVAC is not super efficient. Downstairs apt, temp set at 79. Electric bill ~$80/month. Now in a 3200sq ft home, AC set at 75. Bill is $~88/month
