I have been here since February and have been satisfied. Maintenance staff are a nice group. Any questions they have answered for me. Any time I go to office staff is helpful.

I feel the rent increase too much last year. I feel if a tenant is on time with rent and takes care of their unit, there should be no increase in rent or a very minimal increase.
Living here is wonderful. I feel safe, respected and happy. Some of my friends in other communities wait weeks and months for maintenance issues and here they respond and fix the issue immediately. It is clean, well lit outside and the apartments c are modern and spacious. Very happy and grateful to be here.
My husband and I have lived in Ridley Brook for over five years. Our rent goes up every year. In about two years we will no longer be able to afford to live here. I can't highly recommend Ridley Brook because we have to pay for everything. I didn't know dogs were allowed until this past Fall. When I renewed my lease in August no one told me.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
