Most apts in this area are NFG. These places are bought and sold so often and with each new owner the maintenance/office people get worse and worse which makes them impossible to live in this place or any other apt dwelling in the area of 19053. I wonder if Altman took this one over; too????

I havent moved in yet but it has the features I wanted while hunting for apartment. The office ladies were nice and I only hope that the complex will be up to my expectations when I finally move in.

It seems that most apts in this immediate are all going downhill real fast. Croftwood is another example of the very same thing these poor souls are complaining about. People must leave and I am aware that's easier said than done. These owners are very will aware of their renters and their inability to pick themselves up and move.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and have no complaints. Maintenance has always been swift and friendly. The same with office personnel. Had a noisy neighbor once, but I knocked on their door and spoke to them about it. No problem after that. Amazing what communication with people can do. Too many folks want to complain to the office, then talk to the neighbor.

Neighbors are extremely noisy all throughout the night. I call the "emergency number" they tell me to call in the middle of the night when they are being loud and NOTHING happens, if anything they get louder within a few days. I have been living here for 2 years and have had the same problem. Maintenance takes forever to respond to a call, if they ever respond. Front office staff is always friendly, that is the only redeeming quality about this place.
