These landlords are a disgrace and the help in the offices are just as disgraceful. $2,000 a month for rent! What a nightmare for a filthy place to live! $2,000 a month you have to be crazy! Most of these large complexes are ruined by each take-over. They buy them up and unload them ASAP to try and make a killing. LOL! They should all drop dead for the way they treat their tenants!

Huntingdon Woods is a dump. Pool bathroom is filthy and never cleaned. Homes are falsely advertised- pictures show and ads state you get updated kitchen with microwave. You actually get a range hood and no microwave. Kitchens and baths are severely aged with broken floor tiles. Fireplaces cannot be used though still advertised . Manager does not honor reasonable accommodations as per state law. Exterior is outdated about 10 years and roof leaks often. Not worth 1900.-2000. per month.

Avoid this complex. The most recent issue surrounds SAFETY, Yes the safety of their residents. At some point the master keys for several units were lost. Instead of management owning up to their error they told residents that they needed to provide copies of their keys to the office. SORRY but that is NOT the answer. Management should have apologized for their error and REPLACED ALL LOCKS. This is not what happened instead they locked their paying residents out of their units. REALLY all because you lost the keys to locks you installed. Shame on Toll Management for allowing their property managers to treat residents in this manner..

The property is wonderful. Dana and Rachael were extremely helpful and flexible. UNITA are well maintained and I cant wsit to move in.

Although I think Huntingdon Woods is located in a beautiful area. For the money that is spent monthly on rent, I can find better amenities in the city. The pool needs to be maintained better. Lawn chairs replaced (dirty). Repairs are not done in a timely fashion. The homes are extremely drafty in the winter causing a hefty heating bill. Rent is very expensive and not very competitive neighboring properties. Its very hard to stay long term because of the yearly increase. NO ONE can afford this
