Bad review clean up your part u will never get new tenants

These apts are awful. The hallways were all redone and they look like dungeons. The filthy rugs were removed and tile was put in its place. When coming in from the snow/rain a person can slip and fall on the tiled floors. The office staff is ignorant and rude. In this site they are not telling the possible renters you have to pay for water, trash, and a few other things Concordia isn't paying anymore. Concordia was never paying it was all included in the tenants rent. Laundry fees are expensive as well. Also if you complain too much they will serve you a notice of non renewal and you must move if that takes place.

These aps could be very nice if the office staff, Concrodia were decent. They are not! The hallways are dirty, the trees are all overgrown and the owners will not rim them so the bugs don't come into the apts and the hallways. The doors going into the bldgs have no protection from strangers walking in and out. Anything can happen especially when you have unhappy tenants. I was served a non renewal letter and had to move. The woman who was in charge back then has since been fired. It took Concordia 4 yrs to fire her. She was as nasty and ignorant as Concordia.

Do not move into Croftwood or any apts owned by Concordia! The Croftwood is dirty, the laundry facilities are dirty, trees overgrown, parking lot needs fixing, the bugs due to these overgrown trees are plentiful.

They've raised the rent again to $1325/mo plus water,heat and even trash. The windows are old and drafty. The hallways and stairs are always filthy.How can you bring friends and family here without being mortified. And the girl in the office, if she's making more than minimum wage they're over paying her. I'm glad to be out of that dump. Living now in a clean, resonable complex has done wonders for my self esteem.

These apartments are old and run down. Hallways are a disgrace, carpets are beyond dirty, stained and smelly. Embarrassed to walk into the building to get to my apartment. Concordia took over these buildings and now they have increased the rent to current residents by HUNDREDS of dollars a month. People who have lived here for decades will have to move due to such a Huge increase. Many people on S.S , fixed incomes. And they also tacked on fees to have residents pay for gas, water, sewer, trash not included in the rent. You get absolutely nothing for your money renting from this management property. No upgraded units to current residents yet they claim the huge increases are due to market value.Stay away!
