Anything Concordia owns is horrible and dirty. I lived at the Croftwood apts for 12 yrs and when it was sold for the 3rd time since I was there Concordia made sure it got even dirtier and less safe. The employees in the office are just as bad, maybe worse. Hallways are filthy. Mice, and rodents all over. Trees are all overgrown and breed tons of bugs into the apts.

Horrible experience living here the past 7 years. Has changed management three times, each one getting worse. Call the office and only greeted by the answering machine. Shell of a maintenance crew which starts a job only to never complete it. No assigned parking spots besides the garage, which becomes a hassle for those with more than one car. I can go on. For the price save your time had sanity.

There is a severe rodent problem at this location. The cement is uneven and broken and falling and tripping on the uneven pavements is another problem. Altman is a horrible landlord as many of these large complexes follow the lead of Altman. The help is even worse. There is not one ounce of care given to Altman's properties. Just GOD AWFUL! As a potential renter I did my homework and decided to pass this info on to the public.
