It looks really nice from the inside, the rooms looks pretty big, I havent checked it out in person yet but so far it looks really nice. Cant wait to check it out.

This complex is very nice.The offices people is very nice also.the complex is a nice nice quite and clean place the apaprtment are very up to date.The only issues I have the walls is cracking the bathroom walls get very nasty do to the steam when taking a shower the fan in the bathroom don't work.the toilet always have a promvlem

Every year rent goes up 50$ for what? Would they like to come over and see my disgraceful bathroom. Rusted up sink....vanity disgusting....floor bubbling up and its gotta be original. Maintenance comes when they feel like. New new washer and dryer and a new air conditioner in living room. Two 2 weeks for maintenance to come over and to say he'll be back.we live on a fixed income we can't afford 50$ a year. Im really upset with this situation. Something better get done or im going to the housing authority next. We really like our apartment and surroundings but Really Now!!!!! Customer is always right.

I have lived here for 4 and a half years. The staff and maintenance are excellent. My only issues are the dead trees and big branches cluttering the yard and the AUM fee. When I had both a house and a house trailer I only paid for water and sewer every two months ad the whole bill was half of what I pay here. Also I NEVER paid for trash, especially a dumpster. I am paying for a family of husband, wife, and 5 kids to wash clothes probably more than one load daily when I only have 2 loads a week. Other than that, the iew if outstanding, it's quiet, and very clean.

We do like the complex, yet it does have some shortcomings. Parking is a major issue here, always has been in the past 5 years. When we went to resign our lease we had an option to upgrade the kitchen for 200 extra a month. just seems a bit much, 2400 is a lot a year for an increase in rent.
