I have been a resident here for 20 years. The office staff is pleasant and helpful, the maintenance crew is prompt, thorough and ready with a smile. I like that they hold an occasional complex event. It's a nice way to meet neighbors. This is a safe and very nice place to live.

I am currently residing in this apartment and would say they have the worst maintenance ever. For any issue in the apartment you call them and they dont turn up for a week or two saying that its not in their priority. For everything we have to call them 10 times and request them but they just ignore it. My microwave is not working for more than 2 weeks now and they are not attending my request saying its not in their priority. Yesterday after keeping patience for a long time I called them and took out my frustration and they said they will fix it by today and again the day is going to be over soon and they are not yet here. My heater stopped working last year and it took 8 months for them to fix it. No appliance works properly but their electricity bills are always above $180 for us. Do not recommend this property. Leasing office staff is not friendly at all.

Lived there from 2019-2021. Never had any issues. Lots of kids running around which was frustrating at times, and the pool was rarely open, but it was covid times.

I have lived here for about a year and very pleased so far. Grounds are beautiful and well kept- especially right now in the fall! Staff are pleasant. Good community.

The condition of these apartments are unacceptable and the services here are substandard. I've lived here for 4 months now and in that time have had sewage smells from the toilet, exorbitantly high electricity bills ($120+ in april and may), daily disruptive noises from the neighbors above and now mold in my bedroom, closet and living room. I have sustained at least $1000 in property damage and just today the maintenance people left rubble in my closet without ever notifying me of their intentions. The apartment owner and staff are clearly negligible in their service and maintenance. They claim that cleaning the mold means scrubbing it off the walls and shampooing the carpet then running my electricity for the AC, but that is obviously not how you fix mold. This is very clear negligence and a breach of my lease. Oh and I forget to mention that there are skunks prowling around the property every night.
