If you are thinking about moving here, visit after dark! We are being forced to have automatic lights on our patios/balconies! We pay for our space. First the blinding lights-5 shining directly on my patio now a mandatory light on my patio! This place is worse than the city! Chester County prices for slum living.

Hello, I am so sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with our exterior lighting updates. We have decided to keep the light switch control for the patio lights so you will still be able to turn it on and off. Use to be nice. New management making "improvements" equals ripped up yards, mud/dirt & stones all over the road. "Safety" upgrades equals blinding spot light at every corner of every building, no privacy at all on your out space. It feels like a compound!!!! Lights shining in apartments, living area & bedrooms.....ZERO privacy in your personal living space, like having to change in your bathroom privacy issues!!

Hello, I am so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the improvements we have been making around the property. With new roofs, building waterproofing, and concrete repairs, it is going to cause some dirt and debris around the property. While we have received a lot of positive feedback regarding the new exterior lighting, I would be happy to check the lights around your apartment and see if they can be angled differently to stop the light from shining into your apartment. After 3 years of living at Marchwood my apartment still smells like smoke from the prior tenant. They tried to fix the smell but nothing has worked. My clothes, my furniture, even my car are ruined with the smell. When I moved in the closet reeked of cat pee and they replaced it using a different carpet from the rest of the apartment. Callie in the office is extremely nice but other the that they are constantly getting things confused. Weve noticed while physical appearances to the complex have been an improvement however new management has been a complete let down. Although great location I would advise looking elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Maintenance requests were never completed in a timely manner and no communication regarding them occurred after requesting responses and numerous phone calls placed. They lost ALL initial paperwork that was completed upon move in. My roommate and I ended our lease pre-maturely. Rather than sending my FULL itemized statement, they sent me the very last page. Then they have the nerve to be rude/vague to me via email. They explain they cannot handle these conversations over the phone. I work in a collections office and I find it very hard to believe that they do not have a phone line that records their calls. THEN they cannot confirm or deny whether the address I sent a check too was received and if it is even the correct address at all. All the communications and notices have been sent to only ONE party on the lease agreement. When I sent in an email inquiring about all this information, the only response I got was "thank you." I would HIGHLY suggest looking for somewhere else to live where the company properly manages all paperwork and money appropriately, and they know how to properly communicate with better customer service skills.

Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with the smoke alarm exchange. I am also sorry to hear that you are still having problems with your stove. I know maintenance had been out to look at the problem and had found that the burners were working properly. While I cannot speak to your experience when calling the office, I can tell you that we take every work order seriously. We do have a maintenance after hours number that has always been available. If you call the main number after hours there will be a prompt that will send your call to the on-call maintenance technician.
