Exton Crossing Apartment Homes

I rented a 1 bed room apartment for a year on the second floor. My experience over all was pleasant. The office staff & maintenance personnel were easy to get a hold of and friendly. The times I had to call or make a maintenance report were handled quickly. The complex is quiet and well maintained from where I was located. Plenty of parking and as a female living alone at the time I felt safe. I cant say anything about amenities as I didnt use them. There are lots of nice places to walk. Cons: they do allow people to smoke so it can smell inside apartments. Its a busy highly trafficked area and people do speed. The doors arent insulated well and bugs come in. They also didnt do very well with snow removal. Side walks were very icy.

We have been living in Exton crossing for about 10 months and looking forward to renewing for another year. We live in the Abington Diamond and it has everything we need. Our neighbors have quiet & respectful- over all the neighborhood is amazing. You absolutely can’t beat the location!! As far as amenities the pool is great & we love the gym. Right on the Chester Valley Trail, which is a huge plus if you’re active. The leasing staff if very friendly, helpful & accommodating. when we had have to put in a few maintenence requests for routine things- we had fast & friendly service as well. We love our home in Exton Crossing

We have really enjoyed living at Exton Crossing! From the time we toured, Kiley and the rest of the staff has been super helpful and accommodating to our needs. They even show genuine interest of us and our dog, which makes it feel more like home! It’s also super convenient that it has its own “community” when walking our dog and getting to meet other dog owners. One of my favorite places we have lived!

I am a satisfied tenant. The team at Leasing office are great. All my service requests have been fulfilled very quickly. Highly recommend

This review is specifically in regards to the staff, more so Kylie. Yes the whole team is phenomenal, but Kylie has consistently gone above and beyond her duties to ensure this place stays awesome. I cannot recommend anyone better for her role. I mean, someone get this woman a promotion!! She is genuinely sweet and consistently delivers, even at the busiest times. I am thankful for having her in the office and completely trust her to take care of my needs. 10/10!

Nicollette was very helpful in helping us with the tour and showcased the desired apartments and helped us select the right one for us.

Exton crossing is very good community. I would specially appreciate the management team, the way they respond to queries and provide immediate support.

Been here for over 2 years now and I love it. The office and maintenance staff are awesome! Plus, the location can’t be beat...lots of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance and the Chester Valley walking trail is right at the base of the development 💜

The staff is extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Also, when I ran into problems with my move-in date due to the coronavirus pandemic, they made an exception for me, and refunded my deposit. I highly recommend this complex!

Love the staff at Exton Crossing! Always polite and willing to answer any and every question you have and they always go above and beyond! I really like how they have a new event planned almost every week like their breakfast hand outs, tax day consultants, photo booths and so much more! The apartments are big and beautiful and they really make it feel homey.

The apartments are awesome and very high quality. The staff is MORE than welcoming and make you feel right at home.

Exton Crossing is in a great location, provides quality apartments, has nice amenities, accepts pets, and has pleasant staff members. It's really all we need.

A great place to live with a great staff that is always helpful and very attentive to you needs. I would tell anyone that is looking for a great community, this is the place!!
