    I was assisting a client who was relocating to the area to be closer with their family. I contacted the Reserve at Rivers Edge and spoke with Ashley. She was extremely knowledgable about the property and the surrounding community. My client has children and needed information about the schools and area attractions. Ashley was able to provide detailed information about the schools and the surrounding area. She was extremely helpful.

    They promise you the world then drop a bomb on you on move-in day!! On my move-in day, I walk in to the office to get my key and shes emailing me about an issue. Like Im sitting there in front of my computer waiting for her??? Hello?? Im moving!! And her assistant is a ditz! They both cost me $$$. And my apartment layout was not what I toured originally! Bonus, they didnt have a copy of the new layout AND they took $$ for garage rental and its not even built!

    DO NOT LIVE HERE. Absolutely horrible management that doesnt care about its tenants. Mice/rat problem thats caused damage to apartments and TENANTS are being held responsible for the charges. Pool is never clean, constantly filled with bugs and hair. Save yourself the OVERPRICED money and find somewhere else.

    It seems like it would be a nice apartment for me great location and it has all the amenities with a balcony thats what I dont have now just a Juliet balcony I want to be able to sit out side from my apartment. The views will be good too of the river the mountains or view of Harrisburg plus its brand new I will be the first to rent the apartment I get.
