      Great place to rent. Brand new features, quick and friendly maintenance and love the individual garages and parking spots for each townhome. Brand new gym and saltwater pool. mostly young professionals and retirees in the community. Doesnt feel like traditional apartment living. highly recommend

      Management is awful, they are not willing to help anyone and pick and choose what to enforce in their intentionally vague lease. The apartments look great but are terribly made, they must have cut corners to save money. Don't be fooled by pictures.

      The leasing office was closed but the leasing agent or manager was not up front about requirements for the apartment and the packet did not contain said information either.
