I have lived in my apartment for 7 years and have loved it. The office is very friendly and helpful. They enjoy getting to know their residents and are always smiling. Maintenance works hard to keep the property clean, shovel snow and fix any issues in the apartment in less than 24 hours. The apartments feel very safe at night when taking my dog out along with the community. I can always find parking which is nice. Everyone says hello when walking, plenty of neighborhoods to walk through, and great trails within miles to the complex. I have made some amazing friends with my neighbors which is great when you are a transplant from another state. Colonial crest has been a great home.
Very disappointed that the pool is not going to be available! Especially for the amount of rent I pay...
Management is responsive. Noise from the train and neighbors is excessive for me. I have loud neighbors who argue, fight and party until 3am quite often. Called the cops once and alerted the staff and it subsided for a while, but back to normal again. Just my experience, but the walls are far from soundproof.
everything are good and excellent. the only issue that i just have is with the parking lots. sometimes it is hard to find a parking space near my place at late afternoon or at night.
I enjoy living here because it's really quiet in my building and I appreciate that. You get use to the trains quickly. It's almost a retirement community lol but nice to see more younger renters.
Colonial Crest is a delightful apartment community that's close to everything and far from expensive. Built with quality construction and cared for with superior maintenance, we are proud to offer convenience and value, as well as large, airy floor plans that includes heat. Situated in a quiet countryside setting, minutes from Routes 309, 22, and I-78 with shopping and restaurants located nearby, you can ease back and enjoy a convenient, comfortable lifestyle.
