They let anybody use thier amenities. The pool is crowded and most of the people are from out of the area. It ridiculous on the staff don't police the areas. Turing into a section 8 property.
Stay away unless you want to be nickle and dimed for everything! High turn-over of apts due to poor construction and unresponsive management that's only interested in your rent check.
Pesticide issues for over a month you cannot even enjoy the grill/patio/community center in the Heights due to venomous centipedes all over the 1st floor. The ones we tried to kill, have been left there for weeks - horrible cleaning crew. We should NOT be playing hopscotch to dodge all the centipedes on the floors walls, pool room, kitchen area in the community center, patio, bathrooms. We pay $20 a mth for trash (ridiculous especially since it's included at other complex's) over a chute we cannot use very inconvenient to walk 100 feet in downpour rain, snow, & 90+ degree weather to throw out trash on the weekends. Maintenance never cleans underneath grill - compared to other luxury complexes that clean every morning for their residents to have cleans grills, which has now caused everyone's food to catch fire due to natural gas constantly running. Management only takes care of main community center to ensure potential leasers follow through. The Heights - which pays much more rent - is treated like the stepchild. We constantly have to go to the leasing office to get printer paper, ink, supplies because we are completely neglected here. Poor management, all about saving $$$ which is why the pool was shut down for days due to a "bacteria". Hallways are constantly a sweat box and those that actually need to suit up for work, leave drenched. Management is so cheap, they do not even put AC/Heat in the hallways during winter and summer. For as much as everyone pays here, it's not worth the money. Neighbors had to form all bonds ourselves, management never coordinates socials or mingles as they promised - only 1 event all year in the summer. The office doesn't pick up their phone or call you back - but somehow never step away from their phone if it's documents they forgot to have you sign. Don't expect nice once/twice a week breakfasts as other luxury complexes in the area do for their residents either, they're so money hungry all they care about saving and do not invest i
The staff at Palmer View Apartments are excellent. They are helpful, personable and professional. The apartment complex, including the grounds, is very well taken care of and the staff always get back to you promptly whenever you need them.
The community is great. The apartments are beautiful, as is the landscaping, and the staff are all very nice. The only bad thing is that the community is pet friendly, but there are limited areas for walking dogs. We are not supposed to walk our dogs in front of the buildings, but the areas behind the buildings are always covered in water and mud. Palmer View would be perfect if they had a nice area for us to walk and play with our dogs.
