Brittany the property manager is very unprofessional, she will not listen to your point of view. She will over talk you and bid you a good day and not listen to you at all if she doesnt agree with you. She will laugh at you if you are trying to explain to her and hang up as well. She doesnt know how to communicate well. Thats if you can even get to speak with her. Otherwise they will say shes unavailable. They will make mistakes on paperwork and somehow find you at fault. Beware! Beware! Beware! The walls are thin! You can hear the people downstairs walking and talking. If the downstairs neighbor burns something the smoke and smell will enter your apartment. There are no over head vents for the stove. Maintenance is good at first and then you have to call several times and eventually they will come. They have huge black Roaches. I had to have them come spray every two weeks. Its all good until you try and move out so prepare well.

Horroble!!!Army of mice are running everywhere and all apartments are in holes.Impossible to leave food in 1 min even and to go in the restroom.Dangerous to sleep.

Like Drexelbrook very much. Apartments are well maintained. I am signed for a 2 BR apt. Move in Oct. 15.

Drexelbrook is a excellent place to live. It's a safe and clean environment and is very secluded. The neighbors are very kind as well as the staff.

I called yesterday (4.11.19), and was told there are no 1 bedrooms available and no sample to look at, yet here I am, and it says a 1 bedroom is still available :/ , so either the lady lied, or the site is outdated. Either way it was a quick no, and then dead air until I, not the employee who gets paid for it, probed more about everything. Really bad sign if I was to live here. I no longer have any interest after that, and the fact that no one got back to me after inquiring on here, but just thought whoever runs the site should know.
